Nick Spaniak - President & Co-Founder

Nick Spaniak is the president and co-founder of Regency Recovery and Wellness Center. Nick has many years of professional experience working in addiction recovery, and a great passion for supporting others through their recovery journey. Originally from Chicago, he moved to California in 2009 to start his own recovery journey. Most of Nick's experience in addiction recovery and mental health services stems from his time in California. Nick and his family relocated to Arizona in 2020 and started Regency Recovery and Wellness Center in 2021. He enjoys time with his wife and child, going on adventures, and spending quality time at home.

Lindsey Banghart - Director of Operations

Lindsey Banghart - Director of Operations

Lindsey Banghart is the director of operations and co-founder of Regency Recovery and Wellness Center. Lindsey has many years of professional experience in office management. She is originally from Virginia and has spent most of her life in California. Lindsey has been in recovery since 2013 and is passionate about holding space for others in recovery from substance abuse and mental health disorders. Lindsey and her family moved to Arizona in 2020 and started Regency Recovery and Wellness Center in 2021. Lindsey is happily married and a wonderful mother to her teenage daughter, and multiple family pets.

Richard Gonzales - Program Director

Richard Gonzales - Program Director

Richard Gonzales is our program supervisor for Regency Recovery and Wellness Center. He also does case management. Richard is originally from Phoenix, and relocated to Prescott several years ago to begin his recovery journey. He has been in recovery from opiate addiction since he moved here and has worked in behavioral health since 2020. In his spare time Richard enjoys meditation, energy work, and podcasts. Richard finds fulfillment in helping fellow addicts in recovery build their self-awareness and find peace in sobriety. He strives to help every addict that comes through our doors to reach their true potential.

Dr. Kimberly Crooks, PsyD LISAC - Clinical Director

Dr. Kimberly Crooks, PsyD LISAC - Clinical Director

Kimberly is our clinical director. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University. Kimberly holds a Master of Science degree in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University and is licensed in the State of Arizona. She has been working in the mental health field since 2010. Her experience includes individual and group therapy for those who suffer from emotional and behavioral disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, personality disorders, addiction, and dual diagnosis. She has also been involved in crisis evaluation and intervention. Kimberly believes in creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients. She uses an integrative and collaborative therapeutic approach which is person-centered, and motivational. This puts her clients at ease and encourages them to reach their full potential and desired goals. Kimberly enjoys the beautiful outdoors of her native state of Arizona. She especially likes to rockhound, kayak, hike and camp with her family, friends, and dogs.

Corrine Kee - Resident Advisor

Corrine Kee - Resident Advisor

Corrine Kee is one of our resident advisors and case managers. She is originally from Flagstaff, and has lived in Arizona her whole life. She loves to spend time with friends, family, and her kitties, travel, listen to music, and be outdoors. She has been sober from alcohol since 2010. She loves working with people in recovery and being of service to those that need it or want it.

Dena Tamburrino - House Manager

Dena Tamburrino - House Manager

Dena Tamburrino is our house manager for Regency Recovery and Wellness Center. She is originally from Chicago and relocated to Prescott in March of 2022 to pursue recovery. Dena enjoys spending time with friends and family, participating in her recovery, cooking, and going to the gym. Dena is a loving grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren who she talks to daily. She loves working with her fellows in recovery and is eagerly anticipating where this new career endeavor will take her in the future.
